Ingredients

    2.5 cups Pinto Beans
    1.5 bunches Cilantro, chopped
    large Yellow Onion, chopped
    4 cubes Chicken Bouillon
    6 cups Water
    10 slices Hormel Black Label Bacon
    1 can Great Value Fire Roasted Tex Mex Style Diced Tomatoes
    1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and diced
    1 Tbs garlic powder
    1 Tbs onion powder
    1 Tbs cumin
    1 Tbs chili powder

Directions

Put beans in hot water and ring to a boil. Remove from stove top and let beans sit in water for 1 hour. Drain and rinse beans and add back to pot. Add all other ingredients to pot. Add salt (I use garlic salt) and pepper to taste. Simmer for 2 hours, or until the beans are fully cooked.
