Introduction

Easy to make before work or school. Easy to make before work or school.

Ingredients

    2c Frozen Fruit
    1 banana
    1 box juice
    1 container soy yogurt
    2c Ice cubes

Directions

Choose flavors you like, take out of freeze night before, and place in Fridge. When you get up, add all to blender, puree.
