Ingredients

    250 grams extra lean ground beef
    2 cups fresh, frozen or canned green beans
    3 large potatoes, diced
    2-3 cups beef broth
    fresh or powdered garlic, to taste
    approximately 1 tsp savoury

Directions

Brown the ground beef and drain any fat. Place beef in a large pot with diced potatoes, beans, broth and seasoning (if using canned beans, add in the last 5 minutes of cooking.) Bring to a bowl, reduce temperature and let simmer until potatoes are done and beans are tender. Serve with multigrain bread or biscuits.
