Introduction

Quick and easy stew that smells as good as it tastes. The combination of garlic and savoury is delightful. Quick and easy stew that smells as good as it tastes. The combination of garlic and savoury is delightful.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    250 grams extra lean ground beef
    2 cups fresh, frozen or canned green beans
    3 large potatoes, diced
    2-3 cups beef broth
    fresh or powdered garlic, to taste
    approximately 1 tsp savoury

Directions

Brown the ground beef and drain any fat. Place beef in a large pot with diced potatoes, beans, broth and seasoning (if using canned beans, add in the last 5 minutes of cooking.) Bring to a bowl, reduce temperature and let simmer until potatoes are done and beans are tender. Serve with multigrain bread or biscuits.
