Ingredients

    4 hamburger buns
    1/4 pound lean ground beef
    one onion
    garlic cloves to taste
3 tablespoons Hunt's barbecue sauce (or favorite barbecue sauce)
    1.5 tablespoons ketchup
    1 slice whole grain bread
    mushrooms
    feta cheese

Directions

chop onion and garlic and saute in non stick pan until tender. Add garlic later so it doesn't burn.

add onion and garlic to ground beef in large bowl. Crumble bread slice and add to mixture, as well as barbecue sauce and ketchup (can use more or less to taste). Season with salt and pepper. Mix with hands until combined. Form into four patties, and either wrap well and freeze or cook on barbecue or in skillet over medium heat.

Transfer burgers to buns. Chop mushrooms, about two per burger, and sautee in pan until tender. Can season if desired (chili flakes are nice). Spread over burgers. Crumble feta cheese over burgers and enjoy!
