Ingredients

Salad:
1 cup Corn, frozen
1/4 (about 75g) of a Large Red Onion, sliced thin
2 (about 300g) Large Bell Peppers, sliced medium
1 can (15.5oz) Black Beans, rinsed
1 can (14.5oz) Diced Tomatoes, rinsed
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Dressing:
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Garlic Tabasco
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and toss with dressing. Refrigerate 1 hour and drain excess liquid. Serve chilled.
Refrigerating is optional.
