Introduction

similar to a tortilla but made with yeast similar to a tortilla but made with yeast
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    * carblose low carb white flour, 4 cup
    * Milk, nonfat, .75 cup
    * Yeast,, 1 1/2 tsp
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large ,beaten
    * *Margarine, 70% vegetable oil spread, 2 tbsp
    2 tsp stevia raw
    1/2 c. water (needs to be almost boiling)


Directions

in large bowl add milk ,water ,stevia stir. sprinkle yeast over top, let dissolve, stir. let sit 5 min.
add melted butter, and egg.
mix 1/2 cup flour in at a time to form dough ball.( about 3 1/2 cups)
let rise til doubled.
kneed on floured board 10 min. add additional flour if needed
divide into 20 balls, let rest 10 mins. roll out on floured surface.
cook on hot griddle. Like you would a tortilla ,flip.
