Duncan hines dark fudge chocolate cake mix, 10 serving (remove)
Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.33 cup (remove)
Egg white, 3 serving (remove)
Frosting"
Cool Whip Free, 32 tbsp (remove)
4 serving sizeJell-o Chocolate fat free sugar free instant pudding mix, 4 serving (remove)
Milk, 1%, 2 cup (remove)

Preheat oven on 325. To grease the cake pans I like to use pan spray on dark cake pans, then I take a piece of paper towel to wipe off the excess.
Combined, cake mix, water, applesauce,pudding mix, egg whites in bowl Mix on low speed for 30 seconds then blend 2 mins on medium speed. Put the cake mix in 2- 9in round pans.
Cook time
34 Mins on 325 degrees.
Test the cake with a toothpick to see if it is done if the toothpick comes out clean. Then let the cake cool for about an hour.
Frosting
Prep
Combine milk and pudding mix into a bowl and beat for two minutes with a wire whisk set pudding mixture in the refrigator for 5 mins. Take the mixture out of the refrigator and fold the Cool Whip into the pudding mixture until its nice a smooth.
Frost the cake using a cake spatula. You can eat right away or set in the refrigator and eat later. This cake Freezes well too.
