Ingredients

    2 lb baby carrots, chopped
    1 bunch of celery, chopped
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    2 cans cut green beans
    1 packet fat free onion soup mix
    3 green bell peppers, chopped
    3 green onions, chopped
    32 oz beef broth, fat free, reduced sodium
    Season to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients into large pot. Add water to cover and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, cover, reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender (not mushy).
