    3 cups romain lettuce
    1 cup Arugula
    1 cup Napa cabbage
    0.5 cup parsly
    0.5 cup dill
    1 cup celery tops (mostly leaves)
    1 cucumber
    1 green pepper
    1 tomatillo
    2 scallions
    3 inches diakon radish
    (you can combine any greens you want or have at hand)
