Ingredients

sliced beef (like for stir fry)
1 pkg frozen onions
1 pkg frozen green peppers
1 small package frozen green beans
1/4 cup Bragg's Liquid Aminos (soy sauce substitute)
garlic/garlic powder to taste
sprinkle of salt/pepper
2-3 tomatoes, quartered or chopped
1 tbsp oat flour/water (added at the end to thicken the juices)
Directions
Brown the beef strips
add in Bragg's Liquid Aminos
Add in all frozen vegetables
Cover and simmer for about 30-40 minutes on low-medium heat, stirring occasionally
Add in tomatoes and water/oat flour mixture
simmer for another 10 minutes, then serve

This turned out very delicious. I used fresh red bell peppers instead of frozen and tomato sauce instead of fresh sliced. I served over egg noodles, but for myself over a little brown rice. I'm a guest at Hotze Health and Wellness Center and this recipe was great to share with my entire family. - 11/6/15
