Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, 220 grams
Fresh spicy Mexican salsa (2 tbl spn)
Kalmata Olives, 8 medium pitted
Ground coriander, 3 tbsp
Garlic paste, 4 tsp
Chili powder, 4 tbsp
Pepper, black, 2 tbsp
Salt, 2 tbsp
Directions
Mix the ground coriander, garlic paste, chilli powder, black pepper black, and salt.
Cover the chicken breast with the mix. Cover and leave in the fridge for as much time as you can.
Use half a table spoon olive oil on George Foreman's grill to cook the chicken.
Mix the fresh spicy Mexican salsa with Kalmata Olives.
Once chicken is ready, put on plate, then pour Salsa on it. Let it sit for 2 minutes. Then put in mircowave for 30 second.
Ready to eat.
