Introduction

My grandfathers chili verde.
We traditionally ate this with some flour tortillas. I also like to eat it on some rice.

Ingredients

    two lb. pork tenderloin diced
    4 Anaheim peppers diced
    2 Habanero peppers diced
    6 jalapeno peppers diced ** may add more to taste**
    2 small can's diced green chiles
    1 large can green enchilada sauce
    4 cups water
    flour 2 tbs
    One diced onion

Directions

To large stockpot add ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer for at least one hour. (Longer is better).
