Ingredients

    *Fresh Zuchinni and/or Squash, 2 cup (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, .25 tbsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, .50 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, .25 tsp (remove)
    *Sugar In The Raw, 48 tsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    Pecans, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Coconut, raw, .5 cup, shredded (remove)
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium (remove)
    Raisins, .25 cup (not packed) (remove)


Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix zuchinni, eggs, and sugar in a bowl. In a serperate bowl mix the rest. Add together and place in a loaf pan that has been greased. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or til knife comes out clean. Enjoy!
