Introduction

This marinade is great for fish or chicken. I prefer the light taste of tilapia. This marinade is great for fish or chicken. I prefer the light taste of tilapia.

Ingredients

    2 fillets tilapia
    1/2 cup chopped cilantro
    juice from one lime
    1 clove garlic
    tsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. red pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients except fish. Place in quart size ziplock bag of bowl for marinading. Marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator. Place fillets on pan and broil 5 min. or until done. Serve on a rice pilaf and with a salad and you have a tasty and lean dinner.
