A must have for any Hawaiian Luau! A must have for any Hawaiian Luau!
Number of Servings: 16


    1 Package Turkey Bacon
    1 Package Chicken Livers
    8 oz can of Water Chestnuts
    1/4 c Soy Sauce
    1 T Sugar


Tip: Use a heavy duty zip top plastic freezer bag to marinade meats.

Add chicken livers, soy sauce and sugar to the bag. Close the bag and let marinade for 30 minutes.

Remove a piece of liver from the bag. Place a water chestnut on top of the liver and then wrap it in 1 slice of turkey bacon.

Slide them onto a long skewer and broil in the oven for 10 minutes on each side or until done.
