Ingredients

    * 3 egg whites & 1 whole egg omelet
    * 6 oz. grilled salmon
    * 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal (not instant)
    * 4 oz. cantaloupe and 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
    * 8 oz. green tea
    * 8 – 12 oz. spring water (more if desired)

Directions

Add the salmon to the omelet along with fresh dill;
Add the berries to your oatmeal!
