    1 whole egglands best large egg
    3 egg whites
    1 cup leaf spinach
    1/2 cup diced tomato
    1/2 cup sliced red pepper
    4 oz foster farm lean ground turkey - 99% fat free


Directions

3. Mix eggs, turkey and add veggies.
