Ingredients

    1 Large Squash, cut in two lengthwise
    Cooking spray
    Salt
    Pepper
    Sugar

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375. Spray a glass baking pan with cooking spray. Cut off the ends of your squash. Cut it straight down the middle, lengthwise. scrape out the seeds with a spoon. Spray the squash with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper. Place cut side down in the pan and cook for about 45 minutes or until tender. Take out of oven, let cool for about 5 minutes, then turn over and lightly sprinkle with sugar.
