Introduction

Very Good chili! Rosarita Enchilada sauce provides the sauce base and then you add the pinto beans & diced tomatoes with the juice. Everything else, I strain before adding it in!

This recipe is also fantastic with ground beef, I just use the turkey for a lower in fat version!

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    3 cans pinto beans
    1 can black beans
    1 can red beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can medium olives
    3/4 large can Rosarita Enchilada Sauce (mild, RED)
    1 Vidalia Onion
    1.5 pounds Ground Turkey
    1/2 cup taco seasoning
    Garlic to taste

Directions

Brown meat with onion, garlic and seasonings.

In crockpot (or a pot on the stove for a quicker way) Add your pinto beans and tomatoes with their juice to the pot, followed by all the other beans and olives that have been drained. Add 3/4 of a large can of Rosarita Enchilada Sauce (red) to the pot and stir.

Add in the browned meat and cook on high in the crock pot for 4 hours!
