Introduction
This recipe was made to be a healthier recipe than it should have. We reduced calories, total fat, cholesteral, and total carbs. We replaced the ground beef with very lean ground beef. We used peas instead of peppers and wheat spaghetti instead of our standard. Our cooking method has changed alittle. We are going to SEAR our meat to try and get as much a flavor out as possible in little time. Take beef our a reserve dripping to SAUTEE the vegtables for 3 minutes. Then add remaining ingrediants EXCPET spaghetti. While cooking vegtable mix, get a pot with warm water and BOIL spaghetti un til tender. When done put spaghetti in mix cook for 2 minutes then serve hot with a garnish of parsly. Portion size is enough for about 7-8 very hungry people. Ingredients

12 oz EXTRA Lean ground beef (Subed)
1/2 tea of ginger root, minced
1 cup raw onion, chopped
1 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots / thawed out (Subed)
1.5 tea cider vinager
1.5 tea brown sugar
1 gram corn starch
0.5 low fat chicken broth (Subed)
4 cups Wheat spaghetti (Subed)
Directions
Get a nice sear on the ground beef until browning. Take out and reserve. Add carrots, peas, & onions, stir fry until tender. Stir in remaining ingridiants except spaghetti. Add meat to mixture and cook until it begins to thicken. Cook you spaghetti while your doing all this then add the cooked spaghetti to the mix cook for 2 minutes then serve hot.
