Introduction
A sweet and healthy treat for breakfast! Definitely less calories then a real almond joy and more filling!!! A sweet and healthy treat for breakfast! Definitely less calories then a real almond joy and more filling!!!Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients

1/3 Cup of old fashion oats
1/3 cup skim milk
1/2 cup of plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 small banana or 1/4 of med. banana
1/2 tbsp. of chia seeds (this adds fluff)
1/4 tsp of coconut extract
1/4 tsp. of almond extract
1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
1 packet of stevia (or splenda)
Morning add ins:
1 Tbsp of shredded coconut (half of a quarter cup)
1 tbsp. slivered almonds (I used 3 grams, just a pinch)
15 (1 tbsp) semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions
In the evening Add the following in a bowl.
Old fashion oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, banana, vanilla extract, coconut extract, almond extract & stevia
Note: You can add anything you like, just remember it will get soggy so no crunchy stuff
Refridgerate over night
In the morning add your almonds, chocolate chips and shredded coconut.
Enjoy!!!
