Introduction
These tasty black bean burger patties are great dressed as a regular burger or served with my favorite: fat free sour cream and salsa on a bed of lettuce. Ingredients

Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.75 cup, strips (remove)
1 yellow Onion
1 purple Onion
Garlic, 15 cloves
4 Eggs
Chili powder, 4 tbsp
Cumin 4 tbsp
Thai Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp
2 cups seasoned Bread crumbs
1- 6.4 oz can Multi-Grain Pringles- crumbled
4 cups La Choy Chow Mein Noodles-crumbled
4.5 cups black beans (either one 16 oz bag dry beans that have been cooked, or 4- 16 oz cans) mashed
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Put onions, garlic, and bell peppers in the food processor and process till everything is finely chopped. Set aside.
Mix bread crumbs, crumbled pringles and crumbled chow mein noodles in a very large bowl with chili powder, cumin and chili sauce.
Wisk 4 eggs together in a separate bowl, then add all ingredients to the large bowl and mix together with your hands.
Form 21 patties and place on lightly oiled cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes on each side.
