Ingredients

    Sweet potatoes (2#)
    Baking potatoes (2#)
    Truffle Oil
    Canola Oil (or use Olive Oil to substitute for both)
    Salt (large grains)
    Dried Rosemary
    Garlic

Directions

Chop potatoes into bite-sized chunks, add oil, salt, garlic, rosemary and mix. Place in shallow roasting pan or dish and roast at 450 degrees for 45 min or so. Enjoy!
