Ingredients

    Pineapple, fresh, 12 slice (3-1/2" dia x 3/4" thick)
    Oranges, 1 large
    Orange Juice, from 1/2 of an orange
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields
    Coconut, raw, 0.125 cup, shredded
    Honey, 1 tbsp

Directions

Whisk juices from lime and orange with honey.
Slice pineapple and oranges into chunks.
Add to juice mixture. Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
