    * Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp

    * Turmeric. .30 tsp
    * Black Mustard Seeds (about .50 tsp)
    * Salt (to taste)

Directions

Prep-
Cut the Potatos and Onions.

Cook-
In a pot add the Olive oil, let heat for a few seconds and throw in the Mustard Seeds, cover the pot and wait until all the seeds have popped. Do not wait longer as the oil and seeds will burn.

Throw in the Onions and saute for a few seconds. Add the Potatos and water. Add the spices and let simmer on medium-high heat for about 15 minutes.

Check the water level often.

Check the potatos to see if soup is ready. The potatos should cut easily with a spoon.

Enjoy.
