  • So glad I found this recipe. It's just like my Mom used to make. Never liked canned cranberry sauce. This is so refreshing and so much healthier. The cranberries are raw and the orange is used with the peel. Just remove the seeds. No cooking is needed. I used the leftovers to make overnight oatmeal - 1/8/16

  • SO, ARE THE CRANBERRIES USED RAW? THIS IS A VERY HARD FRUIT; I DON'T SEE HOW IT CAN BE USED TO MAKE THIS RECIPE WITHOUT ANY COOKING?ARE YOU SURE THAT THESE AREN'T PRECOOKED CRANBERRIES? HOW ELSE COULD THEY BE MUSHED-UP INTO A RELISH? PLEASE ANSWER BACK! - 3/14/09
