    1/2 ctg cheese
    1/2 egg sub
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    dash salt


Mix all ingredients in blender/vitamix. Let sit for 5 minutes then cook in skillet. Serve with sugar free syrup.
