Introduction

Ingredients

    Dry Ingredients
    1 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour or 1 1/2 cups white
    1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 cup Cocoa
    1/2 tsp salt
    Wet Ingredients
    1 1/3 cup of Agave or 2 cups of sugar
    1/2 cup of refried or 1/2 cup oil
    2 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 cup low fat milk
    1 cup hot tap water or water heated

    Preheat oven to 325 F
    Combine dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients mixing the hot water in last. Beat with hand mixer for 2 minutes. Batter will be thin. Pour into 2 - 9 inch round pains or 1 9x13 pan. It makes about 36 cup cakes. Bake cake about 30 minutes cups cakes about 15. Let cool and enjoy .

Directions

Bake at 375 for 15 to 30 minutes.
