Ingredients

    1 c Heavy Whipping Cream
    1/2 c Powdered Confecioner's Sugar
    1 1/2 tsps Vanilla Extract
    1 8oz Container of Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream

Directions

1. In a small bowl, beat cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff.

2. Fold in Sour cream.

3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Serve with warm scones, waffles, tea biscuits and/or coffee cake.
