    6 ounces pork tenderloin
    0.5 cups steamed broccoli
    1/4 cups roasted red peppers, chopped
    2 tablespoons Brown Butter Sauce

    Brown Butter Sauce
    2 tablespoons unsalted butter
    1 ounce lemon juice
    dash salt
    dash pepper


1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; cook until butter begins to brown and smell nutty, about 5 minutes
2. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve right away.
