Ingredients

    Oats (Bob's Red Mill gluten free) - 6 Cups
    Golden Ground Flax Seed (Bob's Red Mill) - 4 Cups
    Oat Bran (Trader Joe's) - 1.5 Cup
    Chopped Walnuts - 1 Cup
    Chopped Almonds - 1 Cup
    Cinnamon - 1 tsp
    Nutmeg - 1 tsp
    Olive oil - 1/2 Cup
    Water - 1.5 Cup
    Salt 1 tsp


Directions

Mix together, breaking up clumps and evenly mixing wet and dry ingredients.

Bake at 250 - 300 for 2 - 3 hours until all is dry.

Add dried fruits such as dried figs, berries, or others when it is cooled.
