Simple yet tasty cucumber salad with 4 ingredients. Simple yet tasty cucumber salad with 4 ingredients.
Number of Servings: 4


    2 cucumbers
    2 teaspoons sesame seeds
    1⁄2 chili pepperr, deseeded and finely chopped
    1 lemon


This is delicious served with nearly all fish and legume based patties.


Using a veggie peeler, slice cucumbers into long thin ribbons. Place in a bowl, sprinkle with sesame seeds, chili and toss to coat. Drizzle with lemon juice.

    Such a simple recipe that until I tried it, I didn't think it would be good. I did add some lemon juice to it and some dill seeds and I will take it for Christmas as one of my selections. Thank you for sharing. - 12/8/17
