Ingredients

    1 bag Quorn grounds, frozen
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1x 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
    1x 15 oz can no sugar added corn, drained
    1x 15 oz can no salt added black beans, drained
    1x 8oz can no salt added tomato sauce
    1x 16 oz can vegetarian refried beans
    1 packet reduced sodium taco seasoning
    2 1/2 cups water

Directions

In a large pot, heat through the Quorn on medium heat, crumbing with a spoon until it is all defrosted and browning. Add the onion and pepper, and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add in the remaining ingredients, and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
