Ingredients

    1 can Dark Red Beans
    1 can Black Beans
    2 c cooked pearled barley
    2 c cooked brown rice
    1/2 c olive oil
    1/4 c apple cider vinegar
    1/2 c chopped scallions
    1/2 c celery

Directions

cook rice and barley according to pkg directions.
add scallions
add 2 both cans of beans (red and black) drained & rinsed
mix 1/4 c apple cider vinegar with 1/2 cup evoo and
add seasonings, such as accent, salt & pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder.
Toss gently

Serving Size: makes @ 10 1 cup servings
