Ingredients

8 oz. Hake, or any white fish fillet
8 oz. Cooked shrimp
1 c of each broccoli and califlower
1 c uncooked instant brown rice
1.25 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
.25 tsp Fiesta lime seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, chopped
Directions
Mix Olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and galic and herb seasoning together. Microwave for 45 seconds.
Place Hake (cut into 2 pieces) in glass baking dish. Add Fiesta lime seasoning and add 1 tbsp of mixture ontop of both pieces. Bake at 375 for 20 - 30 mins
Place Ship with remaining mixture in a small saute pan. Heat through (Remember: Its already cooked, we don't want rubber)
Boil 1 1/4c water for brown rice. Follow cooking directions on package. (Extra water keeps it from being to dry)
Boil water and add broccoli and califlower.
There will be some sauce left over from the shrimp. Do not discard. Drizzle over brown rice to add flavor instead of butter or salt.
