Ingredients

    2, 6-oz. Halibut steaks
    1 egg
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    4C Breadcrumbs, Panko Plain, .5 cup
    Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
    McCormick Old Bay Seasoning, 1 tsp
    Dill weed, dried, .25 tsp
    1 Tbs parmesan, shredded

Directions

Heat oven to 425 degrees.

Mix herbs and panko. Grease pan with olive oil. Dip fish into egg then panko mix and place in pan. Bake 10 minutes then sprinkle parmesan on top. cook another 1 to 5 minutes (depending on thickness of fish). Fish is done when it flakes apart.

    Very Good
    This is an easy and tasty way to have halibut. It needed an additional 10 minutes cooking time to become flaky, so it became a bit dry. Next time, for my oven I'll try a higher temperature. - 7/1/12
