Low calorie, Low fat, Low carb cranberry muffins! Although plain they are perfect for a light snack. Ingredients

1 cup of Whole Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon of Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon of Salt
1 teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
3 teaspoons of Brown Sugar
1/4 cup of Dried Cranberries
2 Egg whites
1/2 cup Water
Directions
1. Set oven to 350 degrees farenheit (180 degrees celcius)
2. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl.
3. Mix in egg whites and water.
4. Stir in cranberries.
5. By using muffin cases or baking paper, line the muffin tray.
6. Scoop 1 to 1.5 tablespoons into each case.
7. Bake for 10-20 minutes (depending on oven)
8. Serve warm for a delicious snack!
