Ingredients

    1 small banana
    8 oz. soy milk
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. of nutmeg

Directions

Slice banana and place in blender. Add the soy milk, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend this until smooth and creamy. Makes a lovely frothy breakfast smoothie with plenty of potassium!

    Yummy, though it turns out I prefer my banana smoothies without spices. Next time I'll add a couple of ice cubes too.. not to thicken, just to chill it a bit more. - 5/14/11
