Introduction

Great soup in crock pot or on stove top! Great soup in crock pot or on stove top!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. 93% lean ground beef
    1 can black beans
    1 can chili beans
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 15 oz canned diced tomatoes
    1 can rotel
    1 envelope of Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
    1 envelope of Taco Seasoning
    1 can water

Directions

Brown ground beef in a crock pot set on high. Add all other ingredeints and once it's bubbling turn down to low and simmer til you are ready to eat it.

I love sprinkling a little shredded cheese and on top. May also be served with corn chips, if you prefer.

Serving Size: Each serving approx. 1 1/2 cups
