    4 large Apples, cored and sliced
    4 Pork chops (about 1.5 pounds)
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 tbs cinnamon
    1 cup water

Directions

Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 10 hours

    So delicious and so simple. I added about 1/8 cup of craisens. My husband ate it enthusiastically too. It is really low sodium which is what I was looking for. Will make again soon. - 4/17/15
