Ingredients

    1 8 oz tub fat free cream cheese
    1 cup salsa
    2 tablespoons taco seasoning
    6 oz pasta
    1 can black beans (1.5 cup)
    1 can Mexicorn (11 oz)
    1 3/4 cup pico de gallo (1 tub marketside brand)
    1 can green chopped chiles (4 oz)

Directions

Mix cream cheese, salsa, and taco seasoning in a mixing bowl. Set aside.

Cook 6 ounces pasta, drain.

Add cream cheese mixture. Stir.

Add black beans, corn, pico, and chiles. Stir.

Chill and enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes 18 1/2 cup servings
