Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1/2 cup shopped onion
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    1 can (15oz) tomato sauce
    1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    2 cups Bisquick Rdeuced Fat
    1 cup milk

Directions

Heat oven at 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Spoon into ungreased 9x9 baking dish. Stri in seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauc and beans. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake 35 min. or until light golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce if desired.
