Ingredients

1 lb bulk pork sausage (could be mixed with turkey sausage if you have it in your area)
3.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese (not fat free)
3 cups baking mix or bisquick
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Mix all ingredients well with your hands or a pastry blender. (This is a good workout as it takes a little effort!)
Roll into 1 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 18-20 minutes. Makes 50-60 pieces.
Nutritional information is for full-fat pork sausage and full-fat cheese. I do not recommend fat free cheese as it does not turn out well in this recipe.
