    2 cups dried split peas
    16oz turkey ham diced
    1 small onion minced
    3.5 cups turkey stock
    2 small stalks celery minced
    3 tsp. garlic minced

    seasonings to taste
    cookies all purpose seasoning
    garlic herb
    old bay


soak peas overnight and drain
place in crock pot with stock
saute onions, carrots, celery and garlic then add to crock pot
saute diced ham with a dash of pink Himalayan salt and add to crock pot.
cook on high for 5 hours
stick blend if necessary and serve.
