Ingredients:
*Pumpkin, Libby's Canned Pure Pumpkin, 3.5 cups/can, 3.5 cup (remove)
*SILK - Soy Milk Organic Unsweetened (1 serving = 1 cup/8oz), 1.5 serving (remove)
*Stevia (1 packet), 12 serving (remove)
Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Ginger, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
Cloves, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
Directions
* Preheat the Oven to 415
* Mix spices, stevia, and eggs in a bowl
* Mix the Pumpkin in and then slowly mix the soy milk in
* Spray the pan with Pam and empty the bowl into a baking pan
* Put the Pan in at 415 for 15 minutes
* Lower heat to 350 and cook for 40-50 minutes
* Cool for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refridgerator-DO NOT FREEZE.
You can also have this for a high protein, low sugar, hgh fiber snack or a quick breakfast.
