    1 packet of Weight Watchers Smoothie Mix or (2) tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
    1 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk
    1 tbsp ground flax seed
    1 cup frozen berries (any berries)

Directions

put all ingredients into a blender and blend...for approximately 1-2 minutes.
