Introduction

Looking for an alternative to Subway's bread considering it has HF Corn Syrup and came up with these! Looking for an alternative to Subway's bread considering it has HF Corn Syrup and came up with these!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 cup Water 80 degrees
    3 TBS Honey
    1 tsp Lemon Juice

    1 Cup Bread Flour
    1 Cup White Whole Wheat Flour
    1.5 tsp salt
    4 TBS Nonfat dry milk
    1 TBS Butter

    2.25 Active Dry Yeast

Directions

Add ingredients in order listed to bread machine, run on dough cycle. Let Rise for at least 1 Hour. Run machine for 60 seconds to punch down the dough. Separate into 5 equal parts and roll between hands to make long snake like dough. Place on cookie sheet and brush with olive oil (optional) Let rise an hour. Cook at 350 until golden brown!

Serving Size: Makes 5 - 8 inch Rolls
