Introduction
Cut chicken into 4-5oz pieces. Dip chicken in beaten egg, then drudge with breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 min til chicken is done.Mix tomato sauce & garlic powder. Heat to a boil. Simmer 10 min or until thick. Stir in butter. Pour sauce over chicken. Top with a pinch of Parmesan cheese per chicken portion. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Remove foil and bake 10 min longer. Serve over whole grain pasta ($1) and 1# of veggies ($1).
