Ingredients

    1 tenderflake 9" single crust
    2 cups fresh pumpkin
    370 ml. 2% canned evaporated milk
    3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
    2 eggs (large)
    1 tsp. gr. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp gr. mace
    1/2 tsp. gr. ginger



Directions

mix all ingredients in a blender and pour into the pie crust in a 9" deep dish pie plate
bake at 425 F for 15 min. the reduce to 350 F for 35 min.
