Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tbls butter
    1 small green apple finely chopped
    1 small onion finely chopped
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    1 tsp Fennel seed
    1 1/2 pounds ground Turkey
    1 1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
    1 tsp Allspice

Directions

Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add butter and melt. Add apples and onions and season with a little salt, pepper, and fennel seeds. Saute the mixture until tender remove from heat and let cool.

Heat a large nonstick skillet on medium heat.

Place chicken in a bowl and season with salt and pepper, poultry season, allspice, paprika, and a healthy drizzle of olive oil extra virgin. Add in apples, onion, and fennel and mix into sausage. make 12 sausage patties, cook 3 to 4 mnutes on each side and serve warm.
